Leafberry Return & Refund Policy

At Leafberry, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re proud to offer traditional Chinese wellness teas crafted with care, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🌿 Return Eligibility

You may request a return and refund within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in resalable condition.
  • You have contacted us in advance to initiate the return process.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used tea products.
  • Items returned without prior notification.

     

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at leafberry2024@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval:
    Once approved, we’ll provide a return address nearest to your location.
  3. Ship It Back:
    Please send the item within 7 days of receiving approval. Use original packaging and ensure it is securely packed. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
  4. Refund Confirmation:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

💳 Refund Timing

  • Credit Card: 3–5 business days
  • PayPal: 2–3 business days

🛑 Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders Paid Within 2 Days: You may cancel for a full refund if your order hasn’t shipped.
  • If the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return it following the steps above.
  • Please do not open PayPal cases or chargebacks—we’ll work closely with you to resolve any issues promptly.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue and keep all original packaging.
  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Please note: Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to natural tea leaf differences, packaging design changes, or photography are normal and not considered defects.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at leafberry2024@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.


💡 Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees (including fast shipping services like EMS, FedEx) are non-refundable once the item has shipped.
