Upon receiving your order information, we will begin processing your order. The order preparation time is 1-3 working days. Once your order is shipped, we will send a detailed shipping information email, including the tracking number and tracking website. During the order preparation stage, we will check stock availability, confirm customization requirements (if applicable), verify your shipping address, and ensure eligibility under our Shipping Policy. Once everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure to provide a detailed shipping address, including the street number, to avoid any delays in shipment. If necessary, our customer service team will contact you for additional information.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time mentioned is an estimate and primarily depends on the shipping duration. Please note that delivery times may vary across different regions within the same country. We continuously strive to improve our service and work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. The following lead times are estimates under normal circumstances; however, during promotional seasons or holidays, delivery times may be extended as flights and shipping may be affected.

Stock Availability:

Please note that the stock information displayed on our website is based on data provided by our own warehouse or the manufacturer’s warehouse. Stock levels can change rapidly, and even if a product is listed as "In Stock" on our website, it does not guarantee availability at the time of order placement. We advise you to schedule an electrician only after the item has arrived, to avoid any inconvenience due to stock and delivery time changes.

Customs Fees and Tax:

If required by law, the applicable VAT will be added to your order for shipments to residents.

Compensation for Late Delivery:

We understand the importance of timely delivery and apologize for any delays. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will provide you with 10% compensation of the order price for the delayed goods. We strive to ensure your goods arrive on time and will make every effort to rectify any delays.

Refuse to Receive the Goods:

When the order has been shipped but the customer cancels the order or refuses to receive it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any related shipping charges. If the product cannot be returned to the sender (for example, if the return shipping costs exceed the value of the item), a refund cannot be provided.

Wrong Address:

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned by the relevant carrier, we will charge the customer for the shipping costs. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the price of the ordered products. Leafberry will notify you once the returned items have been received.

Availability:

We do our best to keep the stock on our website up to date. Unfortunately, some items may become out of stock. If this happens, your payment will be automatically refunded, along with a notification that the item you ordered is no longer available.

The Product Received Does Not Comply with the Order:

If the product you receive does not match your order, it must be reported to us within one week of receipt. Please notify us via email; we cannot accept claims made after one week of receipt. If it is confirmed that the wrong item was delivered, leafberry.life reserves the right to provide the correct product within a maximum period of 8 weeks after receiving your email. We will cover all shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and delivering the correct product. If you do not wish to exchange, the order will be treated as a return, and a restocking fee of up to 35% will be charged.
