HOW DOES THE FREE RETURN POLICY WORK?
1. All return request must be made within 30 Days after your shipping status shows the package has been delivered.
2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged :
① Items On Clearance
② Silk Underwear
③ Customized Items
④ Monogrammed Items
3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. For any quality issues, such as damage or product malfunctions, please feel free to contact our dedicated customer service for solutions.
TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE:

① The Full name of the recipient that placed the order
② The Order Number
③ Brief description of the problem AND photos/videos of the problem

① If your product is returned, please retain a copy of the shipping information for your records.
② Return and exchange process: you need to pay the return shipping fee, send the proof of payment to us, we will remit the postage to you.
